"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do." -Brene Brown
Being vulnerable and talking about our inner thoughts, worries, and insecurities can be scary and a difficult process. I am here to help you through that journey of finding where you want to be, who you are, and the next step you need to take to achieve your goals. I take an individual approach to each client and work to explore the client's needs for counseling. I work to offer a space of unconditional positive regard to help the client feel understood and valued in the session. I am excited to help you give words to your story and start the next chapter.
