"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do." -Brene Brown

Being vulnerable and talking about our inner thoughts, worries, and insecurities can be scary and a difficult process. I am here to help you through that journey of finding where you want to be, who you are, and the next step you need to take to achieve your goals. I take an individual approach to each client and work to explore the client's needs for counseling. I work to offer a space of unconditional positive regard to help the client feel understood and valued in the session. I am excited to help you give words to your story and start the next chapter.

Laura Edwards

I have been involved in the Huntsville recovery community since 2014. Since becoming sober and finding a new way of life, I have dedicated myself to service work and spreading the word of recovery to all addicts and alcoholics trying to find their way. I helped open the female portion of a sober living home, continued my behavioral health career at a local inpatient substance abuse center, and sponsored many women in recovery throughout North Alabama. I am currently working on obtaining my CRSS and am also interested in furthering my education in Social Work in order to best serve those seeking help. My goal is to spread the word of sobriety to people looking to change their lives.
