Rhoda Kellum Counselor (MS, ALC under the supervision of Marilyn Lands, LPCS)

I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakwood University in 2016 and my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2018.

I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families. I strive to construct a safe environment where my clients are able to express themselves without judgement and learn new skills to better manage presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, ADHD, as well as emotional, and behavioral issues.

I am passionate about empowering children and adolescents to recognize their individual strengths and talents by challenging them and utilizing those strengths to achieve individual goals. I am committed to the child’s personal growth and enhancing overall mental health so that these children grow up to be better and more emotionally equipped adults.

Arica Havis (MS, LPC)

Young minds deserve a chance to learn and grow. I offer experienced quality of care services for children and adolescents to help assist them with meeting their need to overcome a wide variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. I utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness based practices, rational emotive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy as primary techniques to help individuals improve a better quality of health.

Anneliese Knop, MS, ALC Counselor

Your choice to seek counseling is a powerful one that will ripple through your personal life into your relationships, social life, career, and spirituality. I consider it a privilege to be invited along on this journey. As a team we can tackle the challenges of depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, identity, orientation, future goals, disabilities and chronic pain, and whatever other obstacles you’d like to transform into strengths and opportunities.

My experience primarily includes work with adolescents and adults as individuals and groups. I’ve worked with addiction, disability and other diversity issues, depression, anxiety, and other common mental health concerns

I use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and meditation work, Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic work, and Solution-Focused therapy to help clients select and achieve their goals, both in and out of treatment. I focus on teaching practical skills that empower clients to continue growing and overcoming even after they’ve completed therapy.
